Noch wei\u00df man unter Bezug auf einen Antrag der Regierungskoalition, dass das Folterverbot auch im Falle des internationalen Terrorismus besteht:<br \/>\n<cite>Die CDU\/CSU machte deutlich, sie teile die Auffassung der Koalition weitgehend. Die \u00c4u\u00dferungen im Koalitionsantrag seien auch nicht korrekt. Die gesamte deutsche Rechtswissenschaft habe eindeutig die Folter abgelehnt. Einen anderen Eindruck zu erwecken, sei falsch und werde der Situation nicht gerecht.<\/cite><br \/>\nDa hat die CDU\/CSU ja man recht. Was sind das denn f\u00fcr Zeiten, da man sich in angeblich demokratischen Staaten rechtsstaatlicher Geschichte eigens erw\u00e4hnen muss, man foltere nicht. Andererseits, die Briten haben das ja auch mal von sich behauptet.
