Was \u201eNachwuchs\u201c ist, l\u00e4sst sich in sowohl U als auch E sehr leicht definieren, und beide Sparten w\u00fcrden enorm davon profitieren, wenn Veranstalter\/Programmverantwortliche weniger f\u00fcr die Verwendung ihrer Werke zahlen m\u00fcssten, die N-Urheber:innen aber dieselben Einnahmen \u00fcber die GEMA bek\u00e4men, wie bisher \u00fcblich.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Was aber war die Ursache. Reformen sind je gerade en vogue. Rundfunkreform ist in vollem Gange und besch\u00e4digt unser System des \u00d6RR nachhaltig. Das l\u00e4uft gerade ziemlich schief. Bei der GEMA droht eine \u00e4hnliche Entwicklung. Dabei geht es um den Fall, dass verschieden abgerechnet wird f\u00fcr die Urheber:innen, wenn diese E- oder U-Musik komponieren. Gleich gilt f\u00fcr Lizenznehmer:innen. Das System ist alt und stand immer wieder in der Kritik. Insbesondere von au\u00dferhalb der Solidargruppe der Komponierenden innerhalb der GEMA. Denn diese Trennung ist nicht \u00fcberall bei Verwertungsgesellschaften weltweit zu finden. Es ist eher sogar eine Ausnahme. (M\u00fcsste mal sehen, wie das in \u00d6sterreich und so gehalten wird.)<\/p>\n<p>Das ist angesichts globaler M\u00e4rkte also schon schwierig. Es ist aber auch innerhalb der GEMA schwierig. Es gibt immer mehr Berechtigte in der GEMA, die nicht in das Raster der E-Musik fallen und diese Personen nehmen immer mehr Raum ein in entscheidenden Funktionen, \u00fcber die aber nat\u00fcrlich abgestimmt wird nach einem recht komplexen Regelwerk.<\/p>\n<p>Es ist daher zu begr\u00fc\u00dfen, wenn Eggert, der seine Vorschl\u00e4ge als Pr\u00e4sident des Deutschen Komponist:innenverbandes zeichnet, sich einmischt und damit fr\u00fch ein Papier vorlegen kann, mit dem man sich also auch auseinandersetzen muss. Ja, muss! Denn nur \u00fcber Vorschl\u00e4ge kann man ins Gespr\u00e4ch kommen. Wer zuerst moderiert, hat dabei Vorteile, weil die anderen sich damit besch\u00e4ftigen m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Buschmann_ist_kein_Urban_Bushmen\"><\/span>Buschmann ist kein Urban Bushmen<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Bekanntlich ist die Regierung in Deutschland auseinandergebrochen. W\u00e4hrend der Ex-Finanzminister dar\u00fcber seinen Unmut ausdr\u00fcckte, dass der Bundeskanzler sich auf diesen Fall gut vorbereitet hatte, stand er da wie ein begossener Pudel, der total \u00fcberrascht wurde. Sein Kollege im Amt des Justizministeriums, Marco Buschmann, schien dagegen sehr gut vorbereitet. Am 9. November (!) ver\u00f6ffentlichte er auf Soundcloud seinen Abgesang.<\/p>\n<p class=\"responsive-video-wrap clr\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Gehen um zu stehen by MBSounds\" width=\"1200\" height=\"400\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"no\" src=\"https:\/\/w.soundcloud.com\/player\/?visual=true&#038;url=https%3A%2F%2Fapi.soundcloud.com%2Ftracks%2F1953891319&#038;show_artwork=true&#038;maxheight=1000&#038;maxwidth=1200\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u201eGehen um zu stehen\u201c hei\u00dft diese KI-Hymne, die bereits jetzt schon das Zeug hat, um in die Charts zu kommen. Frage: Ist das noch <strong>E<\/strong>ntenteente-Musik oder schon <strong>U<\/strong>nsinn-Musik? Oder bereits <strong>N<\/strong>achwuchsmusik. Ich muss mir dabei ehrlicherweise immer die Eier schaukeln. Diese \u00c4sthetik wirft Fragen auf. Insbesondere dieses geradezu perfide Bild mit Personalausl\u00f6schung am Rande.<\/p>\n<p>Den Text des raunenden Murmeltier-M\u00e4nnergesangsvereins der FDP-Minister:innen kann ich nicht wirklich verstehen, aber bestimmt ist er von lyrischer Wertigkeit. Es sind nat\u00fcrlich Leute, die selbst in den Beh\u00f6rden und vor Ort keinen Handschlag machen m\u00fcssen. Aber egal. Sie h\u00e4tten es ja in der Hand, durch ein konstruktives Misstrauensvotum diesen Prozess zu beschleunigen. Der ist nat\u00fcrlich m\u00f6glich. Aber dazu muss man Mehrheiten organisieren. Die m\u00fcsste eine Koalition nach den Neuwahlen auch! Warum gehen die davon aus, dass das nach der Wahl einfacher w\u00fcrde. Nachdem die CDU sowohl SPD und GR\u00dcNE als vollkommen unf\u00e4hig dazu erkl\u00e4ren, bliebe nur der Weg zur absoluten Mehrheit. Mit dem Rest ist kein Staat und keine Regierung zu machen. Erinnert man sich noch, wie lange es gedauert hat, bis Jamaika vor knapp acht Jahren gescheitert ist und sich dann halt die SPD geopfert hatte (<a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Jamaika-Sondierungsgespr%C3%A4che_2017\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">es waren von der Wahl bis zum Scheitern ca. 8 Wochen<\/a> und bis zur <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kabinett_Merkel_IV\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vereidigung der neuen Regierung hat es insgesamt 6 Monate gedauert<\/a>). Warum sollte das jetzt wieder passieren, mit zwei Koalitionsverweigerern in den Spitzen von CDU und CSU.<\/p>\n<p>Vielleicht, weil man dann glaubt, den Freifahrtschein f\u00fcr eine CDU\/AfD-Regierung zu bilden? Darauf l\u00e4uft es doch hinaus. Oder die Sache bleibt auf lange Dauer handlungsunf\u00e4hig. Ich kenne seine fr\u00fchen Werke wie \u201eR\u00e4nder\u201c, \u201eFelder\u201c, \u201eUmgebungen\u201c und das H\u00f6rspiel \u201eH\u00e4user\u201c (Ende der 60er Jahre, Anfang der 70er). Das war ein eigener Ton. Zugleich radikal in der Form und stechend in der Sprache. Dringende Leseempfehlung auch heute noch.
