Sie ist ja die nette Inkassogesellschaft f&uuml;r ihre Textdichter, Komponisten und Verleger. Sie tut alles f&uuml;r ihre Mitglieder. Ihr Gesch&auml;ftsbericht f&uuml;r das letzte Jahr fiel noch ganz gut aus. Die Ertragsseite scheint erfreulich. Man hat nur wenige Promille auf Seiten des Ertrages verloren, weil ihr Freund, die IFPI Deutschland kurzerhand weniger abgeben wollte. (Die sieht es umgekehrt, also die GEMA sei selbst daran schuld, aber das ist nun mal nicht so entscheidend.)<\/p>\n<p> Ganz am Ende des Berichtes finden sich dann aber doch kuriose Zahlen. Es geht um den Vorstand. Unter &bdquo;Erg&auml;nzende Angaben&ldquo; liest man da ganz versch&auml;mt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rteindent1\"><cite>Der Vorstand bestand im Berichtsjahr aus Prof. Dr. Reinhold Kreile (Vorsitzender des Vorstands und Generaldirektor) sowie Prof. Dr. J&uuml;rgen Becker (Stellvertretender Vorsitzender des Vorstands und Chefsyndikus) und Rainer Hilpert (Mitglied des Vorstands Finanzen und Wirtschaft). Die Gehaltsbez&uuml;ge des Gesamtvorstands beliefen sich f&uuml;r das Gesch&auml;ftsjahr auf \u0080 1,145 Mio., die pensionsvertraglichen Bez&uuml;ge des fr&uuml;heren Vorstands auf \u0080 0,310 Mio. F&uuml;r die Pensionsanspr&uuml;che des fr&uuml;heren Vorstands sind \u0080 1,329 Mio. zur&uuml;ckgestellt.<\/cite><\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<p>Drei Jungs verdienen sich da eine goldene Nase: 1.145.000 \u0080 in 2004 (2001 waren es \u0080 1.105.000 &mdash; die Steigerung war also immerhin bescheiden). Geteilt durch drei w&auml;ren das: immer noch 318.666 \u0080 im Jahr oder 31.805 \u0080 im Monat. Nicht schlecht meine Herren Kreile, Becker und Hilpert. Klar, der b&ouml;se Fiskus frisst davon so viel weg, dass leidlich wenig zur Existenzsicherung bleibt. Es d&uuml;rfte ferner kein Geheimnis sein, dass da nicht durch drei geteilt wird. Sondern der Herr Ober-GEMA-Kreile einiges mehr erh&auml;lt. Fragt sich allerdings, wof&uuml;r? Um ein paar Briefe an die IFPI zu schreiben oder an Accessprovider? Keine Ahnung. Aber es ist ja mit dem Willen der 60.000 angeschlossenen Mitglieder. So soll es sein. <\/p>\n<p> N&ouml;, es geht nicht darum, dass ich dem Manne das etwas neide. Er bekommt, was er verdient. Daf&uuml;r steht ja auch der Name GEMA mit dem Wahlspruch: Musik hat einen Wert. Genialer Spruch, nicht wahr Herr Kreile.<\/p>\n<p> DGB-Chef Michael Sommer bringt es in seiner Funktion immerhin nur auf 11.000 \u0080 pro Monat.
