Seit ein paar Stunden haben wir in Germania eine neue Regierung. Die will Kultur als Investition und nicht als Subvention sehen, so gesagt von Frau Kanzler und wiederholt von jemand, der dem Kohl seinerzeit in Bremen das Pult mit verjuckten Worten &uuml;berlie&szlig;. Da war der Alt-Kanzler etwas maulfaul, was Spenden angeht und was er so unter Ehre versteht. So hat der Kanzler seine und mancher Berliner T&uuml;rke die seine und sowieso alle die ihre. So sieht sie aus, die christlich-islamische Wertegemeinschaft in Europa. Man muss wieder zu etwas stehen k&ouml;nnen, braucht einen Halt in dieser ziellosen wirren Zeit, wo man nicht mehr in &ouml;ffentlichen Nahverkehrsmitteln wie selbstverst&auml;ndlich &auml;lteren Personen seinen Sitzplatz anbietet. Das k&ouml;nnen andere schlie&szlig;lich viel besser. <!--break--><br \/>\n Schnoddrig geht vor. In so einer Zeit braucht es einen Kulturstaatsminsiter im Kanzleramt, der Vorh&ouml;lle sozusagen. Die oder das Gesuchte h&uuml;llt sich in Worte. Man nennt es beim Namen: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bundesregierung.de\/Bundesregierung\/-,4562\/Beauftragte-fuer-Kultur-und-Me.htm\">DIE BEAUFTRAGTE F&Uuml;R KULTUR UND MEDIEN<\/a> und lie&szlig; sich verlauten:<\/p>\n<p class=\"rteindent1\"><cite>Nun, die heutige Redezeit ist kurz, die Legislaturperiode aber lang. (\u0085) Meine Damen und Herren, es ist viel zu tun und noch viel mehr, als das, was in der Koalitionsvereinbarung steht.<\/cite><\/p>\n<p>Es zitiert den Kanzler so:<\/p>\n<p class=\"rteindent1\"><cite>Unsere kulturelle Vielfalt ist einzigartig. (&#8230;) Unsere Kultur ist die Grundlage unseres Zusammenhaltens. Deshalb ist Kulturf&ouml;rderung f&uuml;r diese Regierung keine Subvention. (&#8230;) Sie ist eine Investition, und zwar eine Investition in ein lebenswertes Deutschland.<\/cite><br \/> \u0085 in ein <a href=\"http:\/\/www.teachsam.de\/deutsch\/d_rhetorik\/argu\/arg_einf5.htm\">lebenswert<\/a>es Deutschland. Danke, Frau Kanzler. Die richtige Laberbacke daf&uuml;r ist gefunden.<\/p>\n<p>Vita brevis \u0085<\/p>\n<p> !++5++! <\/p>\n<p>Ein Nachtrag: Frau Kanzler, Sie beherrschen die Kunst der sprachlichen Leerformel. Ein Wortsalat, abgeh&uuml;bscht, jawohl. &bdquo;Kultur als Grundlage unseres Zusammenhaltens.&ldquo; Da h&auml;lt zusammen, was zusammen geh&ouml;rt. Ich halte mit Ihnen zusammen, mit meiner Regierung, die mir Deutschland lebenswert machen will &#8211; mit Investitionen. In was: In Deutschland. Unsere regierungserkl&auml;rungsm&auml;&szlig;ige Notdurft ist so einf&auml;ltig, dass einem dazu wirklich viel nicht mehr einf&auml;llt. <\/p>\n<p> Und <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kulturrat.de\/detail.php?detail=624&amp;rubrik=2\">lieber Kulturrat<\/a>, nein, Frau Kanzler redet nicht von Investitionen in Kultur, das tut sie ausdr&uuml;cklich nicht. Kultur selbst ist die Investition. Das ist bestenfalls je eine Binse. Ist das Ziel erreicht, das lebenswerte Deutschland, dann bedarf es der Kulturf&ouml;rderung n&auml;mlich nicht mehr. Und mal ehrlich, ist unser Deutschland etwa nicht lebenswert? Bedarf es dazu dieser Frau Kanzler?<\/p>\n<p> Die Frage ist ja wohl auch: Lebenswert f&uuml;r wen?
