Dieser machte sich mehr oder minder eine Rundfunktheorie von Joseph Goebbels zu eigen und distanzierte sich eher nur formal davon, nicht aber die ARD-Intendanten, denen er damit Goebbels Vorstellungen unterschob &#8212; und zwar nicht in kritischer Absicht. Demmler informierte daraufhin einige ARD-Intendanten, die sich \u00fcbrigens bis heute nicht von Detigs Thesen distanziert haben. In einem <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gema.de\/kommunikation\/briefe\/brief56\/offener_brief.shtml\" target=\"_BLANK\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8222;Offenen Brief&#8220;<\/a> stellten sich zahlreiche namhafte Komponisten hinter Martin Demmler.<\/p>\n<p>Gestern kam es in Berlin zur Arbeitsgerichtsverhandlung und die Richterin gab seiner Klage gegen die K\u00fcndigung statt. <\/p>\n<p>Interessant ist auch folgende Beobachtung der FAZ-Autorin:<br \/>\n<cite>Demmlers Kritik an der Moderation rechtfertige keine fristlose K\u00fcndigung. Auch den Vorwurf, es handele sich um eine Urkundenf\u00e4lschung, wies das Gericht zur\u00fcck.<br \/>\n&#8222;Da\u00df Demmler hier auf dem Stuhl sitzt, ist unser aller Schuld. Aus Angst hat keiner aus der Redaktion auf das Goebbels-Zitat reagiert&#8220;, hei\u00dft es unter den Zuschauern im Gerichtssaal. Namentlich genannt werden aber will niemand. In der Wahl zwischen Loyalit\u00e4t und Kritik, schweigt die Kritik. Dass es vermutlich auch ausgerechnet Kulturredakteure sind, die da schweigen, wirft kein gutes Bild auf das, was sie da vertreten. Menschlich ist das nachvollziehbar in Zeiten hoher Besch\u00e4ftigungslosigkeit.
