Was kann sie? Was kann sie nicht. Eigentlich ist so ziemlich alles richtig gut dabei. Die Erweiterungen sind sehr sorgf\u00e4ltig und zum Teil au\u00dferordentlich (wie <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mightyseek.com\/podpress\/\" title=\"Podpress\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Podpress<\/a> oder <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kopfhoch-studio.de\/blog\/?p=2672\" title=\"Semmelstatz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Semmelstatz<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Was aber doch merkw\u00fcrdig ist und zu denken gibt allenthalben. Da ich auch so Sachen wie del.icio,us probiere, oder heute mal auch netvibes anschaue, diese Sachen sind erstaunlich, auch wenn mir nicht ganz klar ist, wozu sie dienen und was sie mir genau bringen.<\/p>\n<p>Bei netvibes ist das klar. Man baut sich sein Nachrichtending selbst zusammen aus Feeds und Mailzugang und diesem und jenem. \u00dcberall kommt man ran, man muss nur gelegentlich Passworte \u00fcbermitteln. Vermutlich ist das alles nicht einmal so wild, au\u00dfer dass man da etwas Angst haben darf.<!--break--><\/p>\n<p>Das andere ist aber wohl doch, dass \u00fcber solche Produkte sehr genau Profile erstellbar sind, die Verhaltens- und Kaufweisen im Netz protokollieren. Im Prinzip etwas wie Statistik-Tools samt \u2013 und da wird es wohl kostbar \u2013 Auswertung. Gewinnen kann nur der, der dann die meisten Nutzer auf sich vereinen kann. Dagegen wirkt die alte Portal-Idee nat\u00fcrlich wie Bevormundungsm\u00fcll. Selbst heute noch geht vom Gedanken des Portals ein Wind aus, der in mancher Stube sein Auge hinterl\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n<p>Wo habe ich das heute gelesen? Ja, bei so einer Urheberrechtsseite. Der einzigen \u00fcbrigens, die neben iRights.info was z\u00e4hlt. Da stand zu lesen:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8230; zudem soll laut \u00a7 54 a Abs. 4 UrhG-E die Abgabe auf maximal 5 Prozent des Ladenpreises des Ger\u00e4ts gedeckelt werden. Beides werde so nicht durchgehen, \u00e4u\u00dferte sich <em>Manzewski<\/em>. Deutschland sei ein rohstoffarmes Land und daher auf den Schutz geistigen Eigentums angewiesen. Aufgrunddessen k\u00f6nne es auf die Frage des Umfangs der Nutzung eines Kopierger\u00e4ts nicht ankommen; zudem w\u00fcrden die Ger\u00e4te immer leistungsst\u00e4rker, was auf die H\u00f6he des Abgabenaufkommens dr\u00fccke und somit letztlich zu Lasten der Urheber ginge. [<a href=\"http:\/\/www.urheberrecht.org\/news\/2972\/\" title=\"Urheberecht\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Quelle<\/a>]<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Das ist irgendwie nicht zu verstehen. Weil man ein rohstoffarmes Land w\u00e4re, sei man auf den Schutz geistigen Eigentums angewiesen?<\/p>\n<p>Was wird denn daf\u00fcr getan? Au\u00dfer schlechte Gesetze. Vielleicht ist es aber auch zu klar. Der Rohstoff auf den es ankommt hei\u00dft &#8220;Schutz&#8221;. Es geht nicht im geistiges Eigentum sondern um den Rohstoff &#8220;Schutz&#8221; &#8211; man muss also nur Eigentum-Bodyguards ausbilden.<\/p>\n<p>Ich wei\u00df nicht, ob es eine so gute Idee ist, dass ich mal einen Tag ganz ausgedehnt durch das Netz geguckt habe.
