Habe Caudwells Gedanken zum Thema &#8220;Freiheit&#8221; gelesen und vorgelesen, aber es hat nichts geholfen.  Angeblich gibt es in Berlin nun rechtsanwaltliche Beratung f\u00fcr 16- bis 17-J\u00e4hrige, die sich verschulden. Entweder war der Autor der Berliner Zeitung mit dem K\u00fcrzel (ddp) zu dumm oder zu faul oder beides. &#8220;Oft fehlen jungen Leuten die Kenntnisse \u00fcber gesetzliche Regelungen und Vorschriften&#8221;, steht da. Und was ist damit gemeint? Dass man jemand anderem nicht die Jacke wegnimmt oder ihm nicht einfach so mit dem Bierkrug eins \u00fcberzieht? Nenene, viel banaler. Da steht:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Internet und Handy br\u00e4chten viele Probleme mit sich: &#8220;Die 16- oder 17-J\u00e4hrigen klicken ein bisschen und dann kommt eine Rechnung \u00fcber 69 Euro.&#8221; Eine weitere Gefahr stelle das Herunterladen von Klingelt\u00f6nen dar.
