Eigentlich ging es ihm um &nbsp;&quot;Das Kind als Medium der Erziehung&quot;. Darin hei&szlig;t es auf Seite 22:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Der Lehrer ger&auml;t, wenn er etwas erreichen will, in Zugzwang. Er mu&szlig;, besonders wenn er nach einem Plan handeln will, st&auml;ndig so reagieren, wie die Ereeignisse es ihm vorschreiben. &#8230; Man kann nur in einem System Einflu&szlig; gewinnen und nur dadurch, da&szlig; man sich den Einfl&uuml;ssen in dem System unterwirft.&quot; <sup class=\"modern-footnotes-footnote \" data-mfn=\"1\" data-mfn-post-scope=\"0000000000003e110000000000000000_2647\"><a href=\"javascript:void(0)\"  role=\"button\" aria-pressed=\"false\" aria-describedby=\"mfn-content-0000000000003e110000000000000000_2647-1\">1<\/a><\/sup><span id=\"mfn-content-0000000000003e110000000000000000_2647-1\" role=\"tooltip\" class=\"modern-footnotes-footnote__note\" tabindex=\"0\" data-mfn=\"1\">Niklas Luhmann, Das Kind als Medium der Erziehung, Frankfurt am Main, 2006, S. 22.)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Man kann dieses Verh&auml;ltnis einmal auf die Situation zwischen Urhebern und Nutzern &uuml;bersetzen. Die Urheber verlieren ihren Einfluss auf das System, wenn sie es ignorieren. Sie k&ouml;nnen sich sagen, dass man sich von den Zeitl&auml;uften nicht die Handlungsweisen vorschreiben lassen m&ouml;chte und sie k&ouml;nnen so handeln, als w&auml;ren sie autonom und autark. Eine Illusion zwar, aber eine, die sie tr&auml;gt.<\/p>\n<p>Das Gleiche gilt aber auch f&uuml;r die Nutzer. Sie k&ouml;nnen nicht f&uuml;r sich ein Recht postulieren, welche sie durch Handlungen zu erreicht haben glauben,. Nach wie vor sind die &quot;illegalen&quot; Musiknutzer keineswegs die Rechtsetzer. Und ebenso zu einfach macht man es sich, wenn man sich auf den Wellen der Internettsunamis treiben l&auml;sst.<\/p>\n<p>Man kann aber sehr gut sehen, wer den Ball im Spiel h&auml;lt. Es ist das vormalige Bindeglied zwischen Urheber und Nutzer, der Verwerter. Alle Regelungen der Vergangenheiten zielten darauf ab, seine &ouml;konmische Unversehrheit zu garantieren. Zuletzt sogar ein Urteil auf Europa-Ebene.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In der alten P&auml;dagogik h&auml;tte man es sich einfach machen k&ouml;nnen. Man muss die Urheber und die Nutzer nur ein ein und dasselbe Boot setzen. Zwar sind die meisten Urheber auch Nutzer, aber umgekehrt sind die Nutzer nicht alle Urheber. (Klar, es gibt immer mehr Sender, wie in solchen Diskussionen von Beckedahl und Co wiederholt gesagt wird. Aber es ist da doch noch ein Schritt hinweg von reproduzierenden Sender zum eigenst&auml;ndigen.) Beteiligte man die Nutzer am &ouml;konomischen Erfolg der Urheber, h&auml;tten bei ein gr&ouml;&szlig;eres Interesse an der Ausweitung ihrer Arbeit. Nehmen wir mal YouTube als St&uuml;ck in der Mitte. Urheber und Nutzer k&ouml;nnen sich darum bem&uuml;hen, Werke so bekannt zu machen, dass sie h&auml;ufiger geh&ouml;rt (oder abgerufen) werden. Zahlen muss derjenige in der Mitte: YouTube. Und zwar an beide. Wenn messbar ist, wie erfolgreich der Urheber geworden ist. Von den Brosamen des Urhebers gehen dann noch kleinere Brosamen an den Nutzer weg.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In meinen Augen w&auml;re genau dies eine Umsetzung des Unterwefens unter ein System.
