Kritik geh\u00f6rt zur Politik, das ist keine Frage. Und gerade in Zeiten einer gro\u00dfen Koalition muss man sich auch \u00fcber interne Diskussionsfreude innerhalb der Regierungskoalition freuen. Aber hier liegt der Fall anders.<\/p>\n<p>Seehofer und die Seinen meinen, ein Gutachten ehemaliger Verfassungsrichter im Gep\u00e4ck, die Fl\u00fcchtlingspolitik der Regierung, sei nicht verfassungsgem\u00e4\u00df. Und man \u00fcberlege sich vor das Verfassungsgericht in Karlsruhe zu gehen, um das nachzuweisen \u2013 bzw. nachweisen zu lassen. Ein Winkelzug, um die Regierung zu einem Umlenken zu zwingen.<\/p>\n<p>Wie absurd ist das denn. Man ist selbst im Regierungskabinett mit Ministern vertreten, glaubt aber, die Regierung handle verfassungswidrig. Foto: Hufner<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Und mehr noch: Man l\u00e4sst nach seinem besten Wissen die Regierung machen, obwohl man deren Vorgehen f\u00fcr verfassungswidrig h\u00e4lt. Solange es einem passt, ist das angeblich \u201everfassungswidrige\u201c Verhalten okay. Statt also die Verfassung zu sch\u00fctzen, nutzt man sie als politisches Druckmittel. Ich meine, es geht doch immerhin um die Verfassung, um das Grundgesetz! Da sollte man nicht fackeln und es zum Spielball politischer Polemik machen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Grund kann ja nur sein: Sicher ist man sich nicht! Ansonsten w\u00e4re es doch grob fahrl\u00e4ssig, der Regierung beim Verfassungsbruch zuzusehen. Seehofer meint ein Unrecht zu sehen, macht dann aber doch nichts. Doppelmoral aus politischem Kalk\u00fcl!
