Deutscher Kulturrat und GEMA.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ich \u00fcberleg schon seit ein paar Tagen, ob ich ein paar Beispiele aus dem Bereich urheberrechtlicher Doppelmoral anhand zweier Organisationen aufschreiben soll. Wenn nur die Dokumentation nicht\u00a0so aufw\u00e4ndig w\u00e4re?<\/p>\n<p>a) Der <a href=\"http:\/\/kulturstimmen.de\/aufruf\/\">Deutsche Kulturrat will Zeichen setzen<\/a> f\u00fcr ein starkes Urheberrecht, nimmt es aber mit dem Begriff der angemessenen Verg\u00fctung k\u00fcnstlerischer Leistungen nicht ganz ernst. Zum Teil sogar sehr unernst &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>b) Die <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gema.de\">GEMA<\/a> setzt sich f\u00fcr die angemessene Beteiligung von Urhebern, Verlagen und Textdichtern an Einnahmen aus deren Nutzung ein. Wenn es sich aber um Urheber in anderen Branchen handelt, wie Fotografen, dann kann man ja auch mal die Kostenlos-Kultur propagieren.<\/p>\n<p>Unglaubw\u00fcrdig irgendwie. Und auch ziemlich ungeschickt.
