Bestimmte kleine Volksgruppen ma\u00dfen sich dabei an, sie st\u00fcnden f\u00fcr ein ganzes Volk. Sie ma\u00fc\u00dfen sich die Repr\u00e4sentation der ganzen Gruppe an, sind aber nur eine kleine Gruppe. Zur Zeit in Deutschland verbreitet bei M\u00e4nnern die sich zu Gruppen zusammenrotten, um den Satz &#8220;Wir sind das Volk&#8221; zu gr\u00f6len. Dabei beziehen sie sich auf ein historisches Ereignis aus dem Jahr 1989, als die Bev\u00f6lkerung der DDR diesen Satz gegen die politische und pers\u00f6nliche Unterdr\u00fcckung des dort herrschenden politischen Systems einsetzte. Aus Staatssicht waren damals die Bev\u00f6lkerung n\u00e4mlich \u201eVolkes eigen\u201c. Der Spruch leitet sich aber aus einer Situation her, als es in der DDR 1953 einen Aufstand gab, den Bertolt Brecht in einem Gedicht zusammenfasste.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eNach dem Aufstand des 17.\u00a0\u00a0Juni \/ Lie\u00df der Sekret\u00e4r des Schriftstellerverbands \/ In der Stalinallee Flugbl\u00e4tter verteilen \/ Auf denen zu lesen war, dass das Volk \/ Das Vertrauen der Regierung verscherzt habe \/ Und es nur durch verdoppelte Arbeit \/ Zur\u00fcckerobern k\u00f6nne. W\u00e4re es da \/ Nicht doch einfacher, die Regierung \/ L\u00f6ste das Volk auf und \/ W\u00e4hlte ein anderes?\u201c [Bertolt Brecht. Die Situation damals ist von derjenigen heute aber sehr verschieden. Quasi diametral.<\/p>\n<p>Anma\u00dfung, f\u00fcr den Souver\u00e4n zu stehen, von dem alle Gewalt ausgeht. \u00a720 des GG schreibt da sehr unmissverst\u00e4ndlich:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201e(2) Alle Staatsgewalt geht vom Volke aus. <strong>Sie wird vom Volke in Wahlen und Abstimmungen und durch besondere Organe der Gesetzgebung, der vollziehenden Gewalt und der Rechtsprechung ausge\u00fcbt<\/strong>.\u201c<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Sie wird vor allem nicht direkt ausge\u00fcbt. Das w\u00e4re gegen das Grundgesetz. In diesem Fall habe man das Recht zu Widerstand, aber nur, wenn andere Abhilfe nicht m\u00f6glich ist.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">\u201e(4) Gegen jeden, der es unternimmt, diese Ordnung zu beseitigen, haben alle Deutschen das <strong>Recht zum Widerstand, wenn andere Abhilfe nicht m\u00f6glich ist.<\/strong>\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Zum Beispiel bei Punkt 2 und \/ oder der Situation in der DDR bis 1989:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Punkt 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201eIm Namen des (deutschen) Volkes\u201c ergehen aber auch Gerichtsurteile. Auch Schandurteile, Urteile, bei denen das Recht gebeugt wurde. Der Volksgerichtshof hat nur solche Urteile gesprochen. \u201eIm Namen des deutschen Volkes\u201c ergingen Urteile, die niemals im Namen des Volkes gemacht wurden. Auch hier lag und liegt eine Volksanma\u00dfung vor.\u00a0 Die Anma\u00dfung f\u00fcr den Souver\u00e4n zu sprechen, nach der alle Gewalt vom Volke ausgehe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Punktum: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Es gibt viele Situationen, wo es anma\u00dfend oder gar verbrecherisch ist, sich selbst als \u201edas Volk\u201c zu bezeichnen. Es ist dann in jedem Fall ein Akt der Gewalt.<\/p>\n<p>Die &#8220;Wir-sind-das-Volk&#8221;er-Gr\u00f6ltruppen sind Gegner der Verfassung \/ des Grundgesetzes und sollten auch so behandelt werden.
