Aus einer Stellungnahme darf ich wohl zitieren: Dr. Thorsten BRAUN (Syndicus des Bundesverbandes der Phonographischen Wirtschaft e.V.)<br \/>\n<cite><i>Antworten auf den Fragenkatalog der Enquete-Kommission<br \/>\n\u0084Kultur in Deutschland\u0093 f\u00fcr die \u00d6ffentliche Anh\u00f6rung am 3. Mai 2004 zum Thema \u0084Urhebervertragsrecht\u0093<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Vorbemerkung: (&#8230;) Die Phonowirtschaft ist der wichtigste Investor in inl\u00e4ndische musikalische Kreativit\u00e4t. Von der Ertragsf\u00e4higkeit der inl\u00e4ndischen Tontr\u00e4gerunternehmen h\u00e4ngt deshalb die Lebens- und Entwicklungsf\u00e4higkeit der inl\u00e4ndischen Musikszenen ab.(&#8230;)<\/cite><br \/>\nAn Selbst\u00fcbersch\u00e4tzung leiden die Phonoverb\u00e4nde jedenfalls nicht. Wenn es tats\u00e4chlich so w\u00e4re, st\u00fcnde es nicht gut um die musikalische Kreativit\u00e4t in Deutschland. Vielleicht stimmt es, dass die Phonowirtschaft der \u0084gr\u00f6\u00dfte\u0093 Investor ist (rein finanziell), aber der \u0084wichtigste\u0093? Sind das nicht eher die Musikschulen, die Schulen (wenn sie richtig ausgestattet sind\/w\u00e4ren), die Eltern und Geschwister, Freunde und Bekannten?
