Es geh\u00f6rt zu den traurigen Erfahrungen mit dem \u00f6ffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunk der letzten 25 Jahre, dass er sein Gegner immer h\u00f6her gesch\u00e4tzt hat als seine Freude, Liebhaber und Interessierten. Wie das sich auswirkt? Das Programm f\u00e4llt zunehmend in sich zusammen. Vom mdr gibt es <a href=\"https:\/\/www.presseportal.de\/pm\/47409\/5705321\">\u00fcber das Presseportal keine guten Nachrichten.<\/a> Danach \u00e4ndert sich dort vieles sehr sofort zum Schlechten:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eIm Mitteldeutschen Rundfunk (MDR) k\u00f6nnte das abendliche Programm von vier Radiosendern durch ein bundesweit einheitliches Angebot der ARD ersetzt werden. Das geht aus einer Pr\u00e4sentation von MDR-Intendant Ralf Ludwig hervor, die der in Halle erscheinenden Mitteldeutschen Zeitung (Freitagsausgabe) vorliegt. <strong>Betroffen sind die Popwelle Jump, das Inforadio MDR aktuell, MDR Kultur und MDR Klassik.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nach MZ-Informationen stellte Ludwig die Pl\u00e4ne am Montag im Rundfunkrat und am Mittwoch in einer Videokonferenz mit den Besch\u00e4ftigten als beschlossene Sache dar. Auf MZ-Anfrage relativierte am Donnerstag eine Sprecherin, derzeit w\u00fcrden &#8220;verschiedene Szenarien&#8221; gepr\u00fcft. &#8220;Kern der \u00dcberlegungen ist eine st\u00e4rkere ARD-weite Zusammenarbeit und noch effizientere Nutzung von Ressourcen, im publizistischen wie wirtschaftlichen Sinne.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Dem Plan zufolge soll auf den Sendern k\u00fcnftig <strong>ab 20 Uhr ein ARD-Programm zu h\u00f6ren sein, bei MDR Kultur ab 21 Uhr.<\/strong> Als Start f\u00fcr das Vorhaben wurde den Besch\u00e4ftigten das erste beziehungsweise zweite Quartal dieses Jahres angek\u00fcndigt. MDR Jump soll sein eigenes Abendprogramm noch bis zum Jahresende behalten.\u201c<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Passend dazu der Leitartikel von Gerhart Baum aus der neuen musikzeitung der Februar-Ausgabe von:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"article-header__caption\">Kulturauftrag sichert Zukunftsf\u00e4higkeit: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nmz.de\/politik-betrieb\/medien\/kulturauftrag-sichert-zukunftsfaehigkeit\">Die Reformideen zum \u00f6ffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunk sind existenzgef\u00e4hrdend<\/a> \u00b7 Von Gerhart Baum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Das m\u00fcsste wohl l\u00e4ngst als Konjunktiv formuliert werden \u2026<\/p>\n<p>Es war nur eine Frage der Zeit, wann und wie die \u00f6ffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunkanstalten der ARD ihr Vereinheitlichungswerk in die Tat umsetzen w\u00fcrden. Alternativen sind l\u00e4ngst unerw\u00fcnscht, ebenso wie die Verbesserung ihre jeweiligen Programms an den verschiedenen Standorten. So k\u00f6nnte es sein, dass auf diese Weise der Programmanteil in Sachen Jazz sich beim mdr deutlichen erh\u00f6hen w\u00fcrde, folgte er dem Hessischen, dem Norddeutschen, dem Westdeutschen oder dem Bayerischen Rundfunk, die ja noch so etwas wie eine Jazzredaktion haben. Die Zielpunkt des mdr ist aber sicher ein anderer. Man will sich offenbar seines Orchesters entledigen. Denn das deren Produktionen im Raum Sachsen, Th\u00fcringen und Sachsen-Anhalt (was ja das Kernverbreitungsgebiet des mdr ist) nur noch vor 21 Uhr stattfinden w\u00fcrde, zumindest Live, ist ein Kastration des Ensembles, das gerade diese Gegend so n\u00f6tig hat wie kaum eine andere.
