Ich glaub, ich spinne. Die &#8220;Du bist Deutschland&#8221; &#8211; Hanseln machen jetzt auf Markenrecht. Wie viel K\u00e4se muss eigentlich noch das Internet runterflie\u00dfen, bis Leute begreifen, dass das Markenrecht noch nicht das Mittel der Zensur ist. KemperTrautmann, seid ihr eigentlich so dumm wie ihr euch jetzt anstellt? Oder bin ich einfach nur zu doof, zu kapieren, welche begnadete Werbestrategie hinter diesem Vorgehen steckt. Denn so lenkt ihr erst Recht die Aufmerksamkeit auf das, was ihr behindern wollt. Nehmt doch besser Kontakt mit dem Studenten auf und dankt ihm daf\u00fcr, dass er die wirkliche Botschaft hinter dubistdeutschland aufgedeckt hat. Seid dankbar, nicht bl\u00f6de! Rechtlich ist da ohnehin nichts zu wollen.<\/p>\n<p>Eigentlich m\u00fcsste man eure Kunden mal \u00fcber das Vorgehen informieren: Beate Uhse, Edding, Media Markt, MTV.Aber vielleicht wird man irgendwann nur noch einmal sagen: Da gab es eine Agentur, deren vorletzter Auftrag lautete: &#8220;Du bist pleite.&#8221;
