Verantwortlich daf\u00fcr sind jedoch nicht die Musikschulen, sondern die Bezirke und der Berliner Senat. Und so schaut man etwas grinsend jetzt auf den Bundestag, der wohl in eine \u00e4hnliche Lage kommt, wie sie den Musikschulen Berlins zugeschrieben wurde.
