Man muss sich dass doch mal vorstellen: Nach 25 Jahren ist es immer noch nicht gelungen, simpelste Angleichungen zu bewerkstelligen, wie gleicher Lohn, hier und da. Gerade im \u00f6ffentlichen Dienst, bei Beamten. Zeigt das Souver\u00e4nit\u00e4t?
