Endlich gibt es auch Musikstreaming im Internet. Vorgestern hat der <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nmz.de\/kiz\/nachrichten\/apple-startet-neuen-musik-service-mit-online-radio?utm_source=feedburner&amp;utm_medium=twitter&amp;utm_campaign=Feed%3A+NeueMusikzeitung-Nmz+%28neue+musikzeitung+-+nmz%29\">Gro\u00dfkonzern Apple bekannt gegeben<\/a>, dass eine Revolution im Netz bevorsteht. Und ganz ohne Blutvergie\u00dfen wird sie abgehen. Gen\u00fcgend Leute meinten ja, Apple sei damit eher zu sp\u00e4t dran. Die Revolution d\u00fcrfte aber sein, dass es sich mal wieder erweisen k\u00f6nnte, dass ein \u201ezu sp\u00e4t\u201c gerade zur richtigen Zeit kommt.<\/p>\n<p>Musik-Streaming ist nicht die Revolution, das haben wir schon seit vielen Jahren.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn es stimmt, dass Apple 800 Millionen Kunden bei sich im iTunes-Store versammelt habe, dann ist es m\u00f6glicherweise ein weitere Schritt in Richtung n\u00e4chster Umsatz-Milliarde. Und in die R\u00f6hre schauen, da braucht man die Fakten nicht abzuwarten, die Autoren der St\u00fccke und wom\u00f6glich auch die Interpreten. Warum sollte das jetzt bei Apple anders sein als bei anderen Diensten. Aus Liebe zum Produkt? Die Deals zwischen den Plattenfirmen und dem Streamingdienstleister werden sicher nicht \u00f6ffentlich gemacht. Es sei denn sie werden geleakt. So wie beim <a href=\"http:\/\/www.heise.de\/newsticker\/meldung\/Sony-Music-will-peinlichen-Vertrag-mit-Spotify-unterdruecken-2663646.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sony Music-Spotify-Deal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Arme K\u00fcnstler, gewickelt in sch\u00f6ne Worte der Industrie: hier der Beauftragte des Bundeswirtschaftsministerium f\u00fcr digitale und kreative \u00d6konomie (hier als Vorstandsvorsitzender des Bundesverbandes der Musikindustrie), kurz: Dieter Gorny.<\/p>\n<audio class=\"wp-audio-shortcode\" id=\"audio-8560-1\" preload=\"none\" style=\"width: 100%;\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"audio\/mpeg\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kritische-masse.de\/logbuch\/wp-content\/2015\/05\/gorny-vertrauen.mp3?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kritische-masse.de\/logbuch\/wp-content\/2015\/05\/gorny-vertrauen.mp3\">https:\/\/www.kritische-masse.de\/logbuch\/wp-content\/2015\/05\/gorny-vertrauen.mp3<\/a><\/audio>\n<p>Wir sitzen in einem Boot. Die K\u00fcnstler vertrauen der Industrie, obwohl sie es nicht m\u00fcssten. Ja. So einfach geht das. Die Schlange Kaa gr\u00fc\u00dft.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/p-OUM6eh7gA?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=de-DE&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Autoren und Musikverleger <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nmz.de\/kiz\/nachrichten\/autoren-und-musikverleger-protestieren-auf-der-midem-in-cannes-gegen-intransparenz-u\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">protestierten<\/a> derweil auf der Musikmesse Midem in Cannes f\u00fcr mehr Transparenz bei den Streamingdiensten. Sie sollten ihre Anspr\u00fcche aber auch gegen\u00fcber den Labels zur Geltung bringen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u201eEs ist h\u00f6chste Zeit, dass sich die Politik, aber auch Gerichte damit besch\u00e4ftigen, wie ungerecht und unverh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4\u00dfig die kreativen Sch\u00f6pfer der Musik durch ein Monopol von Streamingunternehmen \u00a0benachteiligt werden\u201c, das erkl\u00e4rte der Pr\u00e4sident des Deutschen Musikverleger-Verbandes (<span class=\"caps\">DMV<\/span>), Prof. Dr. Rolf Budde.<\/p>\n<p>Schwere Zeiten, die da auf Deezer und Spotify zukommen, da muss man kein Prophet sein. Und ein weiterer Schritt hin zum Technologie-Monopol. Dabei wird die Frage, ob man eine Kulturflatrate (hier f\u00fcr die Musik) ben\u00f6tige oder nicht, irrelevant. Sie wird entschieden durch die Marktposition und die entsprechende Technologie. Nur, diese Flatrate hat eine Marktteilnehmer in der Hand und nicht die Gesellschaft oder die Politik. Die Musikindustrie macht da noch mit, wird sich bald aber den besseren Partner suchen, sofern die Majors nicht \u00fcber kurz oder lang gleich mitgekauft werden. Vielleicht ist das ja deren Hoffnungsschimmer am Horizont.<\/p>\n<p>Sollte TTIP kommen mit seiner Wucht, dann wird das auch f\u00fcr die Netz-Ewigkeit zementiert werden (Stichwort: Investitionsschutz etc.).<\/p>\n<h4>Nachtrag:<\/h4>\n<p>Soeben erst entdecke ich den bedenkenswerten Text von <a href=\"http:\/\/www.srf.ch\/radio-srf-3\/musik\/musik-blog\/musikstreaming-ekelt-mich-an\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Gregi Sigrist: Musikstreaming ekelt mich an<\/a>. Nicht jeder Vergleich darin ist so ganz \u00fcberzeugend. Aber es stimmt schon. Der Musikgeschmack wird zu einer tempor\u00e4ren Sache, zu der man den Bezug verliert. Musik wird verbraucht. Man eignet sie sich im schlimmsten Fall nicht mehr an.
