Ich frage, woher kommt das Foto denn? Man sieht ja deutlich, dass das Bild manipuliert worden ist. Unten rechts ist eine Fl\u00e4che im Foto schwarz \u00fcbermalt worden. Nicht allein, um die Schrift besser wirken lassen zu k\u00f6nnen, denn die ersten Buchstaben stehen ja teilweise auch frei. Eine Quellenangabe des Fotos vermisst man allerdings. Auch, ob das Foto mit Erlaubnis der dort Abgebildeten entstanden sein mag. Keine Informationen dazu.<\/p>\n<p>Eine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.de\/search?safe=off&amp;imgurl=https:\/\/pbs.twimg.com\/media\/CcOYwTdWEAAQ_l0.jpg&amp;imgrefurl=https:\/\/twitter.com\/SteinbachErika\/status\/703573927352786945&amp;h=333&amp;w=480&amp;tbm=isch&amp;tbnid=eY0MzqBAJJzwnM:&amp;docid=g_jfw91oGTyZbM&amp;tbs=simg:s00&amp;gws_rd=ssl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Google-Bildersuche f\u00fchrt leider auch nur zu dem gleichen Bild<\/a>, als g\u00e4be es kein Original. Wenn man da ein bisschen ausschneidet, gibt es immerhin ein Bild aus der <a href=\"http:\/\/whatsapp-bilder.com\/so-koennte-es-2030-in-deutschland-wirklich-aussehen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WhatsApp-Bilder-Suche<\/a>. Dann gibt es noch einen Beschnittfehler (schmaler wei\u00dfer Rand, links) und die schwarzen Linien in der Mitte, auf die man sich keinen Reim zu machen wei\u00df. Aber das Original ist wohl auch dieses Bild nicht. Frau Steinbach l\u00e4sst an einer anderen Stelle \u00fcbermalen (auch Minus Mensch).<\/p>\n<p>Was also will Erika Steinbach verdecken, warum gibt sie keine Quellenangabe an.<\/p>\n<p>In der ZEIT erkl\u00e4rt sie dazu:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Das Foto schickte mir ein besorgter Vater aus Frankfurt am Main, dessen Kind in seiner Klasse nur noch zwei weitere deutsche Mitsch\u00fcler hat. Das Foto hatte er in der Mail mit angeh\u00e4ngt&#8221;, sagte Steinbach der <em>Bild<\/em>-Zeitung. [Quelle: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zeit.de\/politik\/deutschland\/2016-02\/erika-steinbach-tweet-rassismus-twitter-fremdenfeindlichkeit-foto\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ZEIT Online<\/a>]<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Man kann also Bilder, die ein besorgter Vater in einer Mail anh\u00e4ngt, einfach ohne nach den Nutzungsrechten zu fragen, weiterverbreiten. Welchen Begriff von Urheberrecht hat Frau Steinbach hier. Will sie jetzt auch noch diesen \u201ebesorgten Vater\u201c mithineinziehen, das Vergehen auf ihn abw\u00e4lzen. Der arme \u201ebesorgte Vater\u201c. Der hatte sich nat\u00fcrlich die Nutzungsrechte zusichern lassen. Ganz sicher. Das ist schon wirklich ganz sch\u00f6n traurig.<\/p>\n<p>Man muss sich also wirklich nicht wundern, wenn Politikerinnen so sorglos mit dem Urheberrecht umgehen, dass dann im \u201ebesorgten\u201c Volk wenig Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr dieses Thema empfunden wird. Die Tatsache, dass man bislang der Urheber des Originalfotos nicht ausfindig machen konnte, hei\u00dft ja keinesfalls, dass es frei verwendet werden kann.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PS<\/strong>: Bis jetzt konnte ich das Bild bis zu Wladimir Kaminer zur\u00fcckverfolgen, bei dem es im September 2015 auftaucht. Allerdings in einem ganz anderen semantischen Feld. Er schreibt zu dem Bild, das hier \u00fcbrigens auch ohne Textaufdruck auskommt.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eEurop\u00e4ische Union \u00a0ist \u00a0gro\u00df, reich und stark, hat aber Selbstbewusstsein eines kleinen Kindes, das sich am fremden \u00a0Strand verlaufen hat. Eine halbe Milliarde Einwohnern muss nicht wegen einer \u00a0Million Fl\u00fcchtlingen in die Hose machen. Das ist 1 in-Not- Geratener pro \u00a0500 EU-B\u00fcrger. \u00a0Das schaffen wir.\u201c (<a href=\"http:\/\/blog.wladimirkaminer.de\/post\/128250984808\/europ%C3%A4ische-union-ist-gro%C3%9F-reich-und-stark-hat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Blog von Wladimir Kaminer<\/a>)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Eine Quelle nennt leider auch Kaminer nicht. <a href=\"http:\/\/40.media.tumblr.com\/db9408ddf879ea4c08131ece1bdaa928\/tumblr_nu3h5thzeQ1s6ldajo1_500.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Irgendwo aus dem tumblr-Universum<\/a> kommt es da. M\u00e4rz 2012 taucht es bei <a href=\"https:\/\/maulwurfeninfo.wordpress.com\/2012\/03\/13\/isolierte-naturvolker-sind-standig-auf-der-flucht\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">maulwurfinfo,<\/a> einer \u201erechten\u201c Website auf (\u00e4hnliche Beispiel lie\u00dfen sich finden). Auch auf <a href=\"http:\/\/www.spassfieber.de\/bilder\/blonder-junge-in-indien.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Spassfieber.de<\/a> findet sich das Bild bereits. Auch eine <a href=\"http:\/\/mtnsh.com\/19269\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">arabische Quelle gibt es<\/a> (2012\/02).
