Eigentlich scheint mir nur die Erkl\u00e4rung zu funktionieren, die darstellen kann, was das Wort \u201evermutlich\u201c hier ausdr\u00fccken soll. N\u00e4mlich eine Vermutung, die irgendwie nicht weniger, aber vor allem nicht mehr als dies ist. Welchen Sinn hat aber so eine \u00dcberschrift, die nicht mehr aussagt als: Zahl der HIV-Neuinfektionen entweder gestiegen, gleichgeblieben oder gesunken au\u00dfer in Berlin, da ist die Zahl gleich geblieben. Eine Nachricht ist das irgendwie ja schon. Aber zweimal eine Nachricht?
