Das Geb\u00e4ude spukte unbekannte und unber\u00fchrbare G\u00e4ste in die erste Reihe vor dem Podium, es scheuchte das Publikum und alle anderen anwesenden hinaus. Feuerwehralarm. Die Karawane zog vor die T\u00fcr, wo es dann zu allem \u00dcberfluss noch regnete.<\/p>\n<p>Es war die erste Keynote von Dieter Gorny, die ich nicht auch nur im kleinsten Teil verstanden h\u00e4tte. Irgendwas mit Verantwortungs- und mit Haftungskultur. Ein ph\u00e4nomenaler philosophischer Wurf wahrscheinlich. Das geliebte Haus der Akademie der K\u00fcnste wirkte irgendwie im Abbruch und wehrte sich mit H\u00e4nde und F\u00fc\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<audio class=\"wp-audio-shortcode\" id=\"audio-8646-1\" preload=\"none\" style=\"width: 100%;\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"audio\/mpeg\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kritische-masse.de\/logbuch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/gorny-dingdong.mp3?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kritische-masse.de\/logbuch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/gorny-dingdong.mp3\">https:\/\/www.kritische-masse.de\/logbuch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/gorny-dingdong.mp3<\/a><\/audio>\n<p>Nee, Dieter Gorny, das war in diesem Jahr absolut schw\u00e4chste Rede seit langer Zeit. W\u00e4hrend man fr\u00fcher alles so flott abnicken konnte und erst am Ende sich fragte, was hat da in meinem Ohr geklingelt, war es dieses Jahr von Anfang an ein Gegurke durchs Labyrinth der Phrasen, das man sich selbst gebaut hatte.<\/p>\n<p>Und es wehrte sich auch der Autor der gro\u00dfen Keynote, Konrad von L\u00f6hneysen, Chef bei Embassy Of Sound and Media gegen\u00fcber seinen Vorrednern aus den letzten Jahren.<\/p>\n<audio class=\"wp-audio-shortcode\" id=\"audio-8646-2\" preload=\"none\" style=\"width: 100%;\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"audio\/mpeg\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kritische-masse.de\/logbuch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/konrad-rede.mp3?_=2\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kritische-masse.de\/logbuch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/konrad-rede.mp3\">https:\/\/www.kritische-masse.de\/logbuch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/konrad-rede.mp3<\/a><\/audio>\n<p>Das waren so die spassigen Teile. Bis zu dem Panel zu Big Data. Da wurdem einem Beine gemacht.<\/p>\n<audio class=\"wp-audio-shortcode\" id=\"audio-8646-3\" preload=\"none\" style=\"width: 100%;\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"audio\/mpeg\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kritische-masse.de\/logbuch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/ausflugandieluft.mp3?_=3\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kritische-masse.de\/logbuch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/ausflugandieluft.mp3\">https:\/\/www.kritische-masse.de\/logbuch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/ausflugandieluft.mp3<\/a><\/audio>\n<p>Der unkundige Leser m\u00f6chte jetzt vielleicht wissen, was es denn sonst dort berichtenswertes gab, vielleicht aber eben auch nicht. Alles in allem, abz\u00fcglich der irgendwie abstrusen Rede von Gorny hat die Veranstaltung viele Anregungen gegeben. Vor allem die von Perspektivenwechseln. Zu jedem Agenten auf dem musikindustriellen Markt, vom Piraten bis zum Labelbesitzer, vom H\u00f6rer bis zum Erzeuger gibt es eigenartige Verkn\u00fcpfungen. Der private Vorteil des einen kann dabei schon das System zusammenkrachen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Beispiel: Der Pirat unterl\u00e4uft den Markt, der ihn aber als Gr\u00f6\u00dfe mitber\u00fccksichtigen muss und daher nicht sich w\u00fcnschbar entwickeln kann. Der Pirat st\u00f6rt damit nicht nur den Verkauf sondern auch den Kauf von musikindustriellen Produkten. Genauso ist es mit YouTube in Deutschland. Der Markt muss sich mit diesem Partner abfinden, seine Modelle entsprechend ausrichten, im Zweifel bis zur Rechtsverfolgung. Und das vergiftet das Klima, wenngleich nat\u00fcrlich viele dadurch einen momentanen Vorteil erwirken (sie k\u00f6nnen alle m\u00f6gliche Musik immer ziemlich sofort h\u00f6ren).<\/p>\n<p>Beispiel Airplay: Nach Konrad von L\u00f6hneysens Vortrag bei der Veranstaltung ist es beispielsweise so, dass die Independents gut ein Drittel des Marktes im Bereich Musikkonserve ausmachen (CD bis Stream). Schaut man sich jedoch den Airplay an, so sinkt die dort verbreitete Musik auf weniger als 8 Prozent des Einsatzes. Und das bei den \u00f6ffentlich-rechtlichen Sendern. Wie kann das sein? Und wenn dann noch Sender, die dieser Musik sich besonders verpflichtet f\u00fchlen wie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kritische-masse.de\/logbuch\/2016\/03\/11\/die-reform-die-es-nie-gab-funkhaus-europa\/\">Funkhaus Europa auf Kurs getrimmt<\/a> werden, wird der Musikmarkt noch schiefer. Und ungerecht.<\/p>\n<p>Und reden wollen wir nicht auch noch von dem ganzen Unfug, der an Musik auf den Markt gelangt. Da verzerren die Unternehmen den Markt von sich aus, in dem sie mit aller Macht Produkte platzieren, deren synthetischen Unsinn man doch sofort heraush\u00f6rt.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn man ganz pr\u00e4zise hinh\u00f6rte, konnte man unter dem Begriff des niederschwelligen Zugangs zur Musik fast heraush\u00f6ren, dass man den Gedanken einer Musikflatrate vor einiger Zeit doch dummerweise bek\u00e4mpft hatte.
