Vor einiger Zeit knallte ein Artikel aus der <a href=\"http:\/\/www.welt.de\/politik\/deutschland\/article157098651\/Die-nervige-Invasion-der-talentfreien-Strassenmusiker.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WELT auf den Screen:<\/a> Die nervige Invasion der talentfreien Stra\u00dfenmusiker. Darin steht zum Beispiel:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u201eBetteln mit Instrumenten\u201c, nennt J\u00fcrgen Wolf, City-Manager in Dresden, das Ph\u00e4nomen. Dahinter vermutet der Stadtentwickler \u201eorganisierte Strukturen, die extern gesteuert werden\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Ein Ph\u00e4nomen der St\u00e4dte. Hier in der Vorstadt ist alles ruhig und still, auch weil es kaum Pl\u00e4tze gibt, auch weil es weder U- noch S-Bahn gibt. Manche Organisationen sind sogar derartig dreist, ihre T\u00e4tigkeit auch noch zu dokumentieren.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/8UVG4GLcKQg?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=de-DE&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Schon der Name der Gruppe, die sich da verlauten l\u00e4sst, zeigt die Gemeinheit an. Chorm\u00e4leon! Man passt sich der Umgebung an, bewegt sich schleppend, um dann umso h\u00e4rter zuzuschlagen. Kann man das guthei\u00dfen? Wohl nicht.<\/p>\n<p>Andere Ecke, \u00e4hnliches Gef\u00e4hrt. Cornelius Hirsch hat eine ganze Tram gekapert, um seine Liebesliederwalzer auf die Reise zu schicken. Es sind keine Unbeteiligten betroffen bei dieser Geschichte, aber am Anfang ist das keineswegs klar. Und? Schon mal aufgefallen, obwohl man doch von Musik laufend umgeben ist, scheint es Situationen zu geben, in denen sie doch Erstaunen macht. Oder Verwunderung hervorruft. Oder Irritation. Oder Interesse.<\/p>\n<p>Man muss sagen, die entsprechenden Fahrzeuge und diese \u00d6rtlichkeiten sind l\u00e4ngst Pl\u00e4tze, an denen man derartige \u00dcberf\u00e4lle erwarten darf.
