Was das mit dem Lohn angeht, ist es das aber keinesfalls. Nicht einmal bei einer renommierten Institution wie dem \u00d6sterreichischen Rundfunk. Die hatten k\u00fcrzlich eine Stelle als &#8220;<strong>\u00d61 Projektmanager\/in Digitale Kommunikation Schwerpunkt Social Media &amp; Videoproduktion Teilzeit (30 Wochenstunden)&#8221; <\/strong>schnell zu besetzen. Die Anforderungen und die n\u00f6tige Qualifikation haben es in sich. Die T\u00e4tigkeit selbst ist anspruchsvoll. Als Gehalt winken dann wenigstens 1366 \u20ac brutto. Da gibt es immerhin Spielraum nach oben, wie einem scheint. Wie gro\u00df der Spielraum ist? Er m\u00fcsste wohl um 200 bis 300 Prozent nach oben gehen. Ist das noch seri\u00f6s? Das ist erschreckend.<\/p>\n<p>Nicht anders als bei der Leitung der Musikschule St. Ingbert, wo man eine Musikschulleitung suchte, die dann im Ehrenamt gef\u00fchrt werden sollte. Aufwandsentsch\u00e4digung: 960 \u20ac.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fb-post\" data-href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/musikschulesanktingbert\/posts\/1963997670552730\" data-width=\"552\" style=\"background-color: #fff; display: inline-block;\"><\/div>\n<p>Die Schule hat die Ausschreibung nach zahlreichen Protesten zur\u00fcckgenommen und einem veritablen kleinen Shitstorm zur\u00fcckgenommen. Dabei scheint die Aufwandsentsch\u00e4digung im Vergleich zur T\u00e4tigkeit des Social-Media-Menschen bei \u00d61 beinahe paradiesisch. Denn angeblich soll die Leitung ja wirklich easy sein: &#8220;Hierbei handelt es sich bei weitem nicht um eine Vollzeitbesch\u00e4ftigung, sondern lediglich um ein Ehrenamt, welches nur ein geringes Stundenkontingent im Monat erfordert.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Aber so ist das: Auf die Musikschule haut man drauf.
