In einer Stellenanzeige der &#8220;Internationalen H\u00e4ndel-Festspiele G\u00f6ttingen GmbH&#8221; wird eine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haendel-festspiele.de\/de\/ueber-uns\/team\/stellenangebote\/index.html\">Assistenz im k\u00fcnstlerischen Betriebsb\u00fcro<\/a> gesucht. Die T\u00e4tigkeiten sind umfangreich, es ist ja auch eine komplexe T\u00e4tigkeit.<\/p>\n<p>Mitbringen sollte man ein &#8220;Abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise in Musikwissenschaft\/Kulturmanagement o.\u00e4. bzw. eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit vergleichbarem Inhalt <strong>und<\/strong> erste Berufserfahrung im Kulturmanagement&#8221;. 38,5-Stunden-Woche ist eh klar. Berufseinsteiger sind erw\u00fcnscht und eine Art Gehalt gibt es auch noch obendrauf.<\/p>\n<p>Die Verg\u00fctung erfolgt auf Mindestlohnbasis. Also 8,84 Euro. Das sind laut <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bmas.de\/DE\/Themen\/Arbeitsrecht\/Mindestlohn\/Rechner\/mindestlohnrechner.html\">Mindestlohnrechner<\/a> des Bundesministeriums f\u00fcr Arbeit und Soziales <span class=\"value\">1.475<\/span>\u00a0Euro im Monat. Da m\u00f6chte man nicht wissen, wie hoch der Betrag gewesen w\u00e4re, wenn es den Mindestlohn noch nicht g\u00e4be. Achja, befristet ist das Ganze auf sechs Monate.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn man es vorsichtig positiv interpretieren m\u00f6chte, dann handelt es sich um ein Praktikum nach Ausbildung. Oder Basis meint hier simpel, ein Vielfaches davon ist zu erwarten. So ist das eben im Betrieb, so haben alle angefangen, wenn nicht sogar noch schlimmer.<\/p>\n<p>Heute ist das ja sowieso der Bachelor und der ist ja schnell gemacht, wenn man genug Zeit hat.\u00a0 Lehrjahre sind keine Herrenjahre, selbst wenn sie vorbei sind.<\/p>\n<p>Und man muss bedenken, der H\u00e4ndel hatte es auch nicht immer ganz leicht.
