(\u2026) Einen ganz trivialen, allzu menschlichen Feind hat daher der Politiker t\u00e4glich und st\u00fcndlich zu \u00fcberwinden: die ganz gemeine <em>Eitelkeit<\/em>, die Todfeindin aller sachlichen Hingabe und aller Distanz, in diesem Fall: der Distanz, sich selbst gegen\u00fcber.
