Viel ist das nicht, im Ganzen gesehen. Allein der Umsatz der phonographischen Wirtschaft liegt bei 1,5 Mill. und die Ertr\u00e4ge der [GEMA] liegen bei 0,8 Mill. Euro. Und das ist nur der Musikbereich.<\/p>\n<p>Dennoch mag manchen erstaunen, was pro Person und Land aufgewendet wird:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Bei den Kulturausgaben der L\u00e4nder liege [Hamburg] mit mehr als 134 Euro pro Einwohner vorn, gefolgt von [Bremen] mit fast 127 Euro und [Berlin] mit mehr als 153 Euro. Die geringsten Kulturausgaben verzeichneten [Bayern] mit ungef\u00e4hr 83 Euro und [Brandenburg] mit fast 80 Euro pro Einwohner.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Pro Jahr, nicht pro Monat! Dagegen steht, dass \u201edie privaten Haushalte im Jahr 2001 pro Person 397 Euro f\u00fcr kulturelle Zwecke ausgegeben\u201c h\u00e4tten. Was wiederum nicht von Pappe ist. Kinokarten, Konzerte, Museumsbesuche und Instrumentenk\u00e4ufe etc. d\u00fcrften dazu z\u00e4hlen. Der Bildungsbereich ist dabei nicht tangiert. Aber, wenn mich die Erinnerung nicht t\u00e4uscht, geben die Deutschen 4 bis 5 mal so viel f\u00fcr Gl\u00fcckspiele aus wie f\u00fcr Bildung.<\/p>\n<p>0,36 % des Bruttoinlandsprodukts, viel ist das nicht. Wenig eher, eher sehr wenig und seit Jahren r\u00fcckl\u00e4ufig. (Zuerst erschienen in Kritische Masse Blog 2006.)<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Wie das heute aussieht? 2018 oder 2020?
