Erst muss das Zahlen-Bullshit-Bingo gespielt werden, bevor man etwas unter die Menschen bringen kann. Und daf\u00fcr m\u00fcssen die Ebenen der Kultur- und Kunstproduzenten zun\u00e4chst getrennt werden. Es wird daf\u00fcr n\u00f6tig, Menschen zu markieren. Irgendwo muss ja eine Privilegien-Unterversorgung vorliegen, damit man dann das, was man abtrennt, mit Gr\u00fcnden wieder privilegieren kann. Nicht mehr das, was gemacht wird ist die Eintrittskarte f\u00fcr die Wahrnehmung, sondern das, was Mensch ist. Antidiskriminierung geht nat\u00fcrlich nicht ohne Diskriminierung.<\/p>\n<p>Das ist der Komfort, den demokratisch verfasste Gesellschaften daf\u00fcr aufbringen m\u00fcssen, dass sie diskursiv sind. Bei Gesellschaften, die von Staats wegen diskriminieren, wie es beispielsweise Autokratien oder Diktaturen sind, geht es dagegen ums nackte \u00dcberleben der Diskriminierten. Da haben die unterdr\u00fcckten Gruppen keine Lobby und stehen sich gegebenenfalls zudem in Gegnerschaft untereinander im Wege. Das ist ein anderes Problem.<\/p>\n<p>In demokratischen und halbwegs aufgekl\u00e4rten Gesellschaften werden, wie mir scheint, die diskursiven Prozesse aber immer mehr durch solche der Kalkulation und der Zahlenfetische zuerst verdr\u00e4ngt und schlie\u00dflich ersetzt. Die Zahl gaukelt dabei die Objektivit\u00e4t der Messwerte vor. Die Zahl ist aber nicht objektiv, sondern bestenfalls ein Indiz f\u00fcr eine mehr oder weniger manifeste Tendenz. Wer sich in eine nur noch rechnende Diskussion begibt, wird durch die andere Rechnungen, die aufgemacht werden, gefangen genommen. Die ganze Welt mag Zahl sein, wie Pythagoras einst formulierte, doch die Zahlen sind nicht die Welt. Sie bestimmen nicht, was wir sein wollen oder k\u00f6nnen. Rundfunkintendant:innen oder Wellenchef:innen sind das die Einschaltquoten, die f\u00fcr Investitionen in Programme stehen oder daf\u00fcr, diese nicht zu t\u00e4tigen. F\u00fcr andere signalisieren andere Quoten einen Unterrepr\u00e4sentanz von durch bestimmte Merkmale gekennzeichnete Gruppen.<\/p>\n<p>Man kann es drehen, wie man will, in abendl\u00e4ndischen demokratischen Gesellschaften geh\u00f6rt eigentlich jeder und jede in bestimmten Punkten einer Gruppe an, die diskriminiert wird \u2013 aber, und das macht die Sache hyperkomplex, im Einzelfall auf einer anderen sozialen gesellschaftlichen Ebene. Was in einem Fall Grund f\u00fcr eine Diskriminierung ist, kann zugleich in einem anderen Zusammenhang als ein Privileg sich erweisen. Und gekl\u00e4rt wird das nicht \u00fcber einen konkreten Zusammenhang, sondern \u00fcber den der Gruppenzugeh\u00f6rigkeit. Meines Erachtens bringt dies kaum ein zweiter Film wie \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Do_the_Right_Thing\">Do The Right Thing<\/a>\u201c von Spike Lee zum Ausdruck und macht es zugleich \u00e4sthetisch erfahrbar.<\/p>\n<p>Statt also die Diskriminierungsmechanismen in Gesellschaften zu untersuchen, die es zweifellos leider gibt, und diese zu beseitigen, verstetigt man diese, in dem man sie als Merkmale fixiert. Daraus resultiert eine neue Art kultureller L\u00e4hmung, Selbstgerechtigkeitswahn und Umlenkung auf jene vermeintlichen Fakten, die man in Zahlen zu fassen glaubt. In Wirklichkeit handelt es sich um eine neue soziale Form der Verdinglichung, der Vermessung und Normierung \u2013 samt ihrer Bewertung, denn man muss dies ja vergleichbar machen, um Diskriminierung oder Privilegierung gegeneinander messbar zu machen.
