Denn: \u201eOb der KulturPass f\u00fcr 18-J\u00e4hrige ein Erfolgsmodell ist oder nicht, kann man nur daran ermessen, ob die damit verfolgten Ziele erreicht wurden oder nicht. Diese wurden zu Beginn klar kommuniziert: \u201eDer KulturPass soll nicht nur junge Menschen, sondern auch die Kultureinrichtungen unterst\u00fctzen. Sie wurden ebenfalls hart von Corona getroffen und k\u00e4mpfen noch immer darum, ihr Publikum zur\u00fcckzugewinnen. Und wie Hunden oder Kindern macht sie die M\u00fcdigkeit reizbar, denn ihr Auftrag erlaubt ihnen ja auch keinen Schlaf.<\/p>\n<p>Der Wendehammer wird dabei immer dichter mit ihren Gedanken gef\u00fcllt, so dass sich auf die Dauer nicht mehr viel bewegt. Einen kleinen Ausgang gibt es wohl. Da huschen die einen oder anderen dann durch. Das ist dort, wo es dann ganz dunkel wird.
